FetchJ is built for lawyers who do not want to trust blindly. Here is exactly what it does – and what it does not.
Open source to check
The part of FetchJ that talks to the portal and to the case-law databases will be published on GitHub. Anyone – you, your technician or a colleague – can check that FetchJ neither stores nor transmits passwords or case data. The link will be published here.
No passwords
You log in in the portal window. FetchJ never types, reads or stores your user name, password or security code. The login assistant clicks at most up to the login screen.
No cloud
FetchJ has no server of its own for your data. Documents go straight from the portal to your computer. FetchJ only talks to the Poder Judicial portal and, when you research, to public case-law databases.
No session traces
Tokens, cookies and session data are used in memory only and never written to logs or reports.
Untouched documents
FetchJ never changes a downloaded document. Every download is logged; nothing is overwritten.
No hidden AI
The analysis uses rules only, on your computer. You copy the AI prompt yourself into the AI of your choice – FetchJ itself sends nothing.
Cleaned support data
If you ask for support, you decide what is sent. The package is cleaned first: no credentials, party names or case numbers.

FetchJ is not certified; these principles guide its design. You protect your computer: Windows password, disk encryption and backups.

- Uninstalls like any program; your case files stay in your folder.
