The FetchJ program
Your case files, documents and party data stay on your computer; we never receive them. FetchJ never types, reads or stores your portal user name, password or code.
Licence data
Name, cédula, phone and e-mail – only to grant and check the licence and for the electronic invoice. Basis: your request and consent (Ley 8968, art. 5). We do not sell or pass on these data.
Support
We receive support data only if you send it; the program cleans it first (no credentials, names or case numbers).
This website
No cookies. To see which pages are read we count visits anonymously with Koko Analytics – without cookies and on this server; nothing is shared with third parties. Fonts are served from this server. The hosting provider (Hostinger) processes the technical data needed to show the page (e.g. IP address in server logs).
Your rights
Access, correction and deletion, free of charge, answer within 5 business days (Ley 8968, art. 7): fetchjudicial@gmail.com. If you live in the EU you also have the GDPR rights, including complaining to a supervisory authority.
Country notices
If you write to us to be notified when FetchJ reaches your country, we keep your e-mail address and the country only for that notice. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Retention
For the term of the licence and the legal retention periods for invoices; then deleted.
